HiGS is a web-based application hosted on the HiGS web servers. This means that no special software needs to be installed in order to use HiGS.
No Special Software HiGSdoes not require any software to be loaded on your computer. All that is required to use HiGS is an Internet connection and a modern web browser. HiGS health customers connect to HiGS by entering their username and password into a login box on the front page of the higshealth.com web site.

If you are using another browser, or an older version of the browsers listed above, we cannot guarantee that HiGS will work properly. Because HiGS is designed to emit industry-standard HTML, the HiGS system should be usable by any browser that is HTML 3.2 compliant.
For Downloaded Results/Reports HiGS has the ability to generate reports and list responses for download. For easy viewing on any computer, HiGS generates these reports and responses in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). To view these files, the free Adobe Acrobat Reader is required. The Acrobat Reader is available for all major Operating Systems.
